Horse and Youth Camp
Giddy up!
Horse and Youth Camp is the same as the traditional Youth Camp, but with the added experience of 90 minute trail ride in the Sawtooth Mountains on horseback.
Campers will be transported via camp van or bus from Camp Perkins to a local ranch where they will spend the afternoon on a one hour horseback ride in the midst of God's creation.
All horseback rides are accompanied by Camp Perkins staff members but are led by experienced wranglers.
Is 90 minutes not enough time on a horse for you? Then come for a 1/2 day trail ride this summer!! You must be entering at least 5th grade to go on the 1/2 day trail ride.
