The following is important information which must be reviewed before registering for a Camp Perkins summer camp session or retreat. Please print this page so that it can be referred to during the registration process.
 
IMPORTANT: Our payment system does not accept American Express as a form of payment.
 
Registration: Register on-line through a secure server or return a completed registration form along with a non-refundable deposit of $50 per camper for summer youth camps or $25 per person for retreats, which is applied to the registration fee. Balance of the registration fee is due 2 weeks prior to the first day of the camp session. Registration fee includes sales tax. (A $25 fee applies on all returned checks.)
 
Grade Entering: For Summer Camp, the grade camper will enter in the fall after summer camp. For non-summer retreats, the current grade.
 
Cabin Mate - Summer Camp: Participants may list up to two others they wish to have as cabin mates. All must be registered for the same camp program in order for the request to be honored. Campers are housed according to grade as well. Friends are a valuable aspect of summer camp, and we will make every effort to honor your request.
 
Confirmation Packet  - Summer Camp: Upon receipt of the completed registration form and $50 deposit, a confirmation letter with further information and a health form will be sent by email. Email confirmations will contain a link to the information and forms on our website. Please carefully read ALL information and return the appropriate forms as soon as possible, and at least 3 weeks prior to the camp program.

Confirmation - Retreat: Upon receipt of the registration form and deposit of $25 per person, a confirmation letter will be sent with details about the retreat, including what to pack, directions, and winter shuttle information.
 
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received by letter or by email. A refund, minus the non-refundable $50 deposit ($25 for retreats), will be granted if the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session or retreat.
 
Arrival and Departure: Summer youth camp sessions begin with registration on Sunday from 2:30-4:00 pm. Please do not arrive before 2:30 pm. Camp Perkins will not be able to provide supervision for campers before 2:30 pm. On Friday, camp concludes with a special closing celebration at 11:15 am and a free-will donation BBQ immediately following. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend both events. Out-of-state families who desire housing on Saturday or Thursday nights may contact the camp office for availability.
 
Memory CD: During each week, over one hundred photos will be taken of the campers and activities. These photos are available for $10 per CD. Orders can be placed on our website during registration or during check-in.
 
Making Online Payment: After proceeding to the registration form and completing your registration, you may either 1) print the completed registration information and mail it to the camp office along with a check or credit card information; or 2) have your registration processed faster by entering your credit information into our secure server and submitting it electronically. Do not submit credit card information to Camp Perkins or any other organization by e-mail!
