Photography Camp
Memories can be captured to share with friends and family, through generations and lifetimes, with the push of a button. Photography is an engaging and celebrated hobby and Camp Perkins is excited to offer youth the opportunity to learn the skills of photography and to develop an appreciation of the art of picture taking.
Photography Camp is integrated with the traditional Youth Camp, but during the Optional Activity time of Youth Camp, participants in Photography Camp will spend time with a professional photographer, learning different shooting techniques and adjusting camera setting such as shutter speeds and back-focusing.
No previous photography experience is necessary, however campers must provide their own working digital camera. Photography Camp is limited to 12 campers per session.
