Women’s Retreat
You are invited to leave it all behind and join us for the Camp Perkins Women's Retreat. This retreat is designed to be an encouragement and bring spiritual renewal to women of the West. There will be time for Bible study and devotion, praise and worship, hiking and playing, sitting and relaxing, or treat yourself to a massage, pedicure or manicure.
You can do it all - or toss caution to the wind and do nothing but sit and be in the presence of your Heavenly Father in His creation.
2010 Speaker - Amy Hubach
Amy Hubach loves to talk about her ever growing relationship with God and share that relationship with others. She has always had a desire for teaching others to embrace a deeper and more personal understanding of who God is. She has served as a Spiritual Life Leader & Program Writer for Lutheran Camp Perkins as well as Women’s Retreat Speaker. She has led five groups to Mexico for mission adventures and has a deep passion to serve as an overseas missionary. Amy has served as the Director of Christian Education at Grace Lutheran Church in Pocatello, ID and at Faith Lutheran Church in Owasso, OK. Her everyday life is spent with her three daughters Marlee, Ella & Maya, and Riley, her husband of 11 years. Amy can be found cleaning, cooking, waiting in the Dutch Bros. drive thru or in the garage sanding down an old piece of furniture. She is currently serving as the part time DCE at Grace Lutheran Church in Caldwell, ID and loves having the flexibility to speak at women’s conferences and rallies. Amy has a Bachelors of Theology from Concordia University, Seward, NE.
