Women’s Retreat

Women's Retreat Group

You are invited to leave it all behind and join us for the Camp Perkins Women's Retreat.

This retreat is designed to be an encouragement and bring spiritual renewal to women of the West. There will be time for Bible study and devotion, praise and worship, hiking and playing, sitting and relaxing, or treat yourself to a massage.

The massages, crafts, spectacular meals, time by the fire, lakeside walks, and all the special touches allow you to get away and relax during a great weekend of renewal, fun, and relationship building.

You can do it all - or toss caution to the wind and do nothing but sit and be in the presence of your Heavenly Father in His creation.

Time for a Craft

"I have always really enjoyed the Fall Retreat - meeting new women, which have turned into lasting relationships. And Camp has always had outstanding Bible studies, plus all the good laughs and games! I love being at Camp in the Fall - it is so beautiful and the air is so nice and crisp. It's a weekend for me to relax, reflect on all the blessings the Lord has given me and to rest in the beauty that He has surrounded us with. I am blessed!!" - Lorene Schuster

2016 Facilitator - Amy Hubach, DCE

Amy Hubach is a member of Grace Lutheran Church where she is called as the Director of Family Ministry.  She has been an active member of Concordia Circle since 2007.  She served the society as the leader of Christian Growth and has been selected to be the Host of Activities for the 2017 LWML National Convention in ABQ, NM.  Amy currently serves as the registrar for both the Northwest District DCE Conference and the 2017 District Youth Gathering; she also sits on the Southern Idaho Youth Board.  She loves to look into the depth of God’s Word and help lead people to a deeper relationship with Christ through personal Bible study and speaking at LWML Rallies and women’s retreats.  She has led mission trips to Mexico, Guatemala, Jamaica, Neah Bay, WA & Bigfork, MT. She is looking forward to leading a women’s mission trip this November to Nicaragua.  She is the 2016 recipient of the Lux Christi Award.  In her spare time Amy enjoys a great discussion with the Page Turners Book Club.  She can also be found preparing for her next 5K or 10K race, cheering on her daughters’ sporting events, enjoying a good cup of coffee and cooking something new off of Pinterest.  Amy graduated from Concordia University in Seward, NE with her degree in theology.  Amy lives in Caldwell with her husband, Riley and their 3 daughters Marlee, Ella and Maya.
